Double standard-Matriculation

India is a poor country but can produce world class doctors and engineers not only for their country but to (export) to US and Europe. Malaysia boleh is unable to compete not only India but upcoming China.What is the standard of our Education here?.For example double standard in Matriculation.Is it that the malays cannot compete with the non malays.To my opiniun it is a true proven record that our ministry of educaqtion had once introduced PTS in primarry school and latter abolished it when non malays are the numbered archeviers.Do the goverment of malaysia realiazed that this students are tremodulersy better and been negleted.First of all I call upon the ministry of education to have a standard examination for university entry requiremnt for malay and non malays. Otherwise just admit that the malays cannot compete and the ministry of education is playing dirty tricks and systematically marginalising the non malays.
